Arrea! is the new gastronomic concept that is being developed in the heart of the Alavese Mountains and that represents Edorta Lamo's return to his rawest, hardest and wildest roots. Roots that he takes as a reference to practice a strongly local and autochthonous gastronomy of his own style that invokes personality, culture and local customs.

Furtivism, craftsmanship, the cult of the land, hunger, the mountain, the muga... are basic components when it comes to practicing and disseminating a gastronomy of its own.

Boxwood spoons, charcoal, game, wild herbs, vegetable garden, truffle, honey, native fruits almost extinct... are some of the tools and ingredients to revalue a culture that in recent decades has been neglected, undervalued and forgotten by most of its inhabitants.

A local gastronomic bet that tries to promote, together with other agents, producers, artisans and inhabitants, a local culture, of the people, of the mountain and of the still virgin muga as an attractive and informative source for its knowledge and consumption.

Our home

ARREA! is composed of bar, kuadra and dining areas, where different gastronomic proposals are offered in terms of formats: Gastronomic Menu, Market Menu and Snacks. Therefore, it covers different gastronomic needs for the mountaineer, the hunter or the passer-by of the area, as well as for the gourmet, the curious or the tourist of the Mountain.
